OBSTETRIC SERVICES

Ante-natal care

Labour

Each birth is a miracle of promise, love and hope. Our birth centre offers personalisedlabour and delivery services for expectant mothers. Here, the gentle hands of caring professionals help your infant into the world. These caregivers have immediate access to the most advanced equipment and monitoring systems, welcoming baby more safely. Obstetrical and neonatology services are available twenty-four-hour, for immediate access to superior perinatal and neonatal care services, should you ever need them.

Painless Labour

To make your experience of labour a pleasant one, we offer pain relief in labour by inhalation anesthesia (Entanox) and Epidural according to individual needs. Continuous fetal heart rate monitoring is available to keep a watch on the condition of your baby till delivery.

Post-natal Care

Following delivery, mothers are educated and encouraged to breast feed their babies by trained personnel. Temporary or permanent family planning methods are advised before discharge. Our staff is dedicated in educating mothers and families on how to care for their baby after leaving the hospital.

Family Planning

Temporary family planning methods as best suited to each individual woman are advised by our physician. Permanent family planning method can be performed as requested. Laparoscopic tubal ligation which is the leading method of sterilization is available.

High risk pregnancy

GYNECOLOGIC SERVICES

We offer comprehensive medical and surgical management for all gynecological conditions. Throughout a patient's course of treatment, her gynecologist works with a multidisciplinary team of urologists, gynecological surgeons, obstetricians, radiologists and oncologist to ensure the most appropriate and beneficial care, whether surgical or non-surgical.

• Cancer screening, including evaluation of breast lumps and abnormal pap smears.
• Hormonal evaluation and hormone replacement therapy (natural or medical).
• Management of abnormal vaginal bleeding, irregular periods or lack of periods, pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopause.

Minimally invasive techniques

The hospital's minimally invasive surgery (MIS) center is equipped with state-of-the-art video laparoscopic, balloon thermoplasty and hysteroscopic technologies, enabling our gynecologic surgeons to perform the most advanced procedures available. Such techniques allow surgeons to treat abnormal bleeding, fibroid growths or polyps, without the removal of the uterus.
